Remote Assistance

Remote assistance, or remote computer repair is exactly what it sounds like. We will work on your computer (There) while being in our office (Here) so that you don’t have to unplug your computer, leave there and come here. Pretty basic. We could go into details but that has been know to cause people heads to explode. So for your safety, and the safety of others around you, the basic should suffice.

What is required?

• Your computer must turn on.
• Your computer must be able to load windows.
• You must have a working internet connection.
• You must be able to openand browse the internet with Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Google Chrome.

If you are having a problem and meet the above requirements we can fix your computer while you are in the compfort of your own home, or wherever you may be, without having to interrupt your day. Just call us at (845) 834-2351 and request remote assistance.
