This is our pricing and information chart, just click on the tab below for whatever service you would like to know about. On it’s tab we will show you the cost as well as an explanation of the tasks performed.
$40.00 – We will replace any piece of defective hardware or even add a new item, such as: Hard Drives, Optical Drives (CD/DVD Burners), Video Cards, Modems, Network Cards, Etc.
$100.00 – We will come to your house or place of business and setup your wireless network for you. This includes up to 4 computers wirelessly and 1 wired computer that is within 6′ of the wireless router. Router Not Included.
$75 – We will retrieve any necessary files you would like saved to DVD; Pictures, Videos, Music Files, Documents, etc. This covers 3 DVDs worth of data.
$100.00 – This is the same service offered above, just including up to 6 DVDs, $10.00 for each DVD above 6.
$150.00 – Viruses are inevitable. As computer protection gets more and more thorough and accurate, so do the designers of these troublemakers. On the upside, so do we. Have your viruses removed, and your computer protected and up and running as smoothly as before, if not better.
$225.00 – This is reserved typically for the most disastrous of computer issues. Your Operating System(windows) has been damaged to a point that fixing it is no longer an option. At this point we will backup your data, reload windows, and place your files onto DVDs so your information is not lost. All files are checked and verified for completeness and also scanned for viruses before we save the files to DVD.
$50.00 – Priority Service is just how it sounds. You need your computer worked on, and you need it back fast. Priority Service puts it on the bench and in the repair service right now! No waiting in the queue, no waiting “your turn”. You get a dedicated technician who focuses on your computer and your needs immediately.
Our Hourly Service Rates are: $75.00 for In-Store or Remote Assistance, and $100.00 for On-Site Service
